Not yet. Until cannabis is legal in Australia you cannot buy or sell any forms of cannabis on The Green List. Any companies found to be advertising illegal products or services are in direct violation of our Terms and Conditions and will be banned and reported. Companies who offer legal medical or prescription services can advertise their companies on The Green List, but only in accordance with their state and federal laws.

CBD is currently prescription-only in Australia, and cannot be sold over-the-counter or online. Until the law changes, we cannot allow companies to advertise or sell CBD products. Any companies found to be advertising illegal products or services are in direct violation of our Terms and Conditions and will be banned and reported. Companies who offer legal medical or prescription services can advertise their companies on The Green List, but only in accordance with their state and federal laws.

We support all legal and ancillary businesses which are in the hemp or cannabis industry. In order to qualify for listing, companies must be implicitly and essentially associated with hemp or cannabis. It is not acceptable, for example, to list as an Electrician unless the core of your business is for the hemp or cannabis industry. A good indicator for your eligibility is to see if your company fits into one of the available categories. 

Unless companies sell their products locally in Australia, we do not allow international businesses to list on The Green List - excepting for New Zealand. Internationally based companies will need to have their products or services available locally in Australia to be considered - not just stocked by another company.
