The Green List will not accept Content from you unless you are a registered user of our website.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Green List (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands, costs and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown including legal fees, arising out of a breach of these Terms of Use, a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any Content that you submit, you grant The Green List a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you or anyone else. This license will survive the termination of these Terms of Use and your use of The Green List website. To the extent permitted by law, The Green List (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers) hereby expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Content including, without limitation any liability for loss of revenue, loss or interruption of business or loss of data. The Green List expressly excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any content submissions by any person in contravention of these Terms of Use. All Content that you submit is not confidential and may be used by or on behalf of The Green List, in any manner, form, medium or technology, at The Green List’s sole discretion. The Green List may or may not pre-screen Content. However, The Green List and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, change, condense or delete any content on and of the The Green List websites (including, without limitation, the Content) that The Green List deems, in its sole discretion, to violate its content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use, or is otherwise objectionable. The Green List will try to publish as many Content submissions as possible but it does not guarantee that all Content submissions will be published. The Green List does not guarantee that you will be able through The Green List to edit or delete any Content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments (based on your Content) are generally posted within two to four business days, but this is only an estimate and The Green List cannot guarantee how quickly Content will be posted. However, The Green List reserves the right to edit, remove or to refuse to post any submission of the Content or part thereof for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not The Green List are solely responsible for the contents of the submitted Content (whether edited by The Green Listor not). None of the Content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence or other restriction on use and publication on the part of The Green List, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees and The Green List and such parties shall have full and unimpeded authority and ability to publish, communicate, use and disseminate the Content as contemplated by these Terms of Use.

Although Content may be moderated by The Green List, it is under no obligation to anyone to oversee, monitor or moderate same and it may stop moderating at any time.

By submitting your email address in connection with your Content, you agree that The Green List and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative and marketing purposes. The Green List respects the importance of privacy and directs you to our Privacy Policy for further information.

The Green List may revise these Terms of Use at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes made, as they are legally binding on you.

Any Content submitted to The Green List may be used and published by The Green List on The Green List website, or otherwise shared with The Green List’s affiliates to be used and published by them on their websites.
