You agree to indemnify and hold The Green List (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands, costs and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown including legal fees, arising out of a breach of these Terms of Use, a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any Content that you submit, you grant The Green List a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you or anyone else. This license will survive the termination of these Terms of Use and your use of The Green List website. To the extent permitted by law, The Green List (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers) hereby expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Content including, without limitation any liability for loss of revenue, loss or interruption of business or loss of data.
