You agree to indemnify and hold The Green List (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands, costs and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown including legal fees, arising out of a breach of these Terms of Use, a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any Content that you submit, you grant The Green List a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you or anyone else. This license will survive the termination of these Terms of Use and your use of The Green List website. To the extent permitted by law, The Green List (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers) hereby expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Content including, without limitation any liability for loss of revenue, loss or interruption of business or loss of data. The Green List does not guarantee that you will be able through The Green List to edit or delete any Content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments (based on your Content) are generally posted within two to four business days, but this is only an estimate and The Green List cannot guarantee how quickly Content will be posted. However, The Green List reserves the right to edit, remove or to refuse to post any submission of the Content or part thereof for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not The Green List are solely responsible for the contents of the submitted Content (whether edited by The Green Listor not).
